To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Underwear cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.
Gift Card: 30 days from the date of purchase.
Size Exchange: 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refund: 30 days from the date of purchase.
Special Holiday Exception: Orders placed between December 1st and December 15th can be returned until January 15th.
If you select a gift card:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make the return.
Once we receive your package and verify it meets our return conditions, we’ll send a digital gift card via email.
The gift card has no expiration date and can be used online or in our physical stores.
If you want to exchange the size of your product:
You have 30 days from purchase to request the exchange.
After you send the return package using the correct return label (available for EU countries, UK, USA, Switzerland, Canada), we will send the replacement size at no extra cost, except for the return fee (see below).
For refund requests:
You must request within 30 days of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
A return fee applies depending on your location (see chart below).
Returns of 5 or more items using the refund option incur an extra €6 handling fee.

Important: For customers in USA, Switzerland, and Canada, a return fee of €20 applies for any type of return, whether it is for a gift card, exchange, or refund.

Refunds made in-store will be processed using the same payment method you used for the online order.
If your order was placed under a promotional deal (e.g., buy 3 get 1 free, free shipping over €90, second item 50% off), and after a return the order no longer meets the promotion’s criteria, you will lose the promotional benefit.
In 3×2 promotions, if you return one of the included garments, we will issue a voucher (not a cash refund) for the amount corresponding to the returned item. This voucher can be used for future online purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Archive sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will receive the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
